Personal & Professional Development (PPD)
As part of our commitment to making a social difference, we work with people from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them become net contributors to their community and the economy.
Each year we commit financial and human resource to subsidise the delivery of our entrepreneurially-focussed PPD programmes, in conjunction with Local Councils and Central Government.
To date, over 500 injured service personnel and more than 7,000 people from disadvantaged backgrounds have taken part in our PPD programmes. The results are staggering and the personal stories inspiring.
